Cantaloupe Frosé

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized cantaloupe

  • Juice from one lime

  • 0-4 tablespoons of honey (depends on how sweet you want it)

  • One 750 mL bottle of rosé wine

  • Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Remove the seed and rind from the cantaloupe, cut the cantaloupe into chunks, and freeze until solid

  2. Combine the cantaloupe, lime juice, honey, and rosé in a blender. Blend on high until smooth

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint
