Honey Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries

  • 2 cups raspberries

  • 1 mango, cubed

  • 1/2 pineapple, cubed

  • 1/2 seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 1/2 kiwi, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • 1/2 cup of shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Add the blueberries, raspberries, mangos, pineapple, kiwi and watermelon to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and orange juice. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit salad and top with the pistachios.
