Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pumpkins seeds

  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees

  2. Line a large cooking pan with aluminum foil and lightly cover with butter or oil

  3. Scoop out the seeds from your pumpkin

  4. Separate the gunk from the seeds, then rinse and drain

  5. Season your pumpkin seeds

  6. Place the pumpkin seeds on to the cooking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes (stir and toss occasionally)

  7. Lastly Serve!
